At Jacksdale Primary & Nursery School, we pride ourselves on knowing and understanding the needs of our school community. The curricular intent, implementation and intent document identifies and expands on the expectations of the National Curriculum which has then been tailored to meet the needs of our pupils.
During the academic year 2023-2024, we will be reviewing the content of the KS2 curriculum to align with individual year group classes. Prior to September 2023, we have always implemented a 2 year rolling programme for topics in Key Stage 2 due to mixed age classes. During this transitional period we will be realigning the topics covered in each year group.
