Hi everyone! Welcome back to Home Learning!
We hope you had a good (if a bit unusual!) Easter Break and are ready to get back into this Home Learning business!
As usual, we've put all your learning together into one weekly grid, so that you can pick and mix the activities you'd like to do. For instance, there might be one day where you have a laptop or other device for a bit longer, so might want to do the Topic work, or another day you might fancy having an arty afternoon. Remember to try to do what you can and don't stress! Likewise, if you're looking for more work, remember there's loads on Purple Mash, TTRS, Spelling Shed and Read Theory. We like having a nose to see who has been online!
Ideally, you should be trying to get the following done per day:
1 Maths Lesson (White Rose)
1 English Lesson (Pobble)
1 Other (Topic, Art or P.E.)
We've added a dance tutorial to the grid, too - for The Greatest Showman's 'Come Alive'! See if you can master the moves!
You might also be getting a phone call this week from someone at school - just to say hi! We won't be checking up on you, promise!
Remember to say hello on the Purple Mash blog, or ask a grown up to post on our Year 5 & 6 Facebook group. We love hearing from you and seeing all the exciting things you've been up to - from gardening, to baking, cooking and crafts.
When we say we miss you, we really do. It's so strange to not be starting the Summer term together at school, but we are thinking of every single one of you. Stay safe and keep busy!
Lots of love,
Mrs Davies (who now has purple hair - see?!) and Mrs Nicoletti (who now has green hair, but won't let me post a picture).*
