We are trying to catch snowflakes on our tongues.

Making Bird feeders

Christmas party and a visit from Santa.

Elfiina the Elf came to show children what happens in Santa's workshop. She helped children to measure wrapping paper and wrap presents. Write labels and send the presents to the sleigh.

Building and decorating a Gingerbread house.

Getting the shoe shop ready. Drawing around our feet and shoes. Measuring and comparing sizes and numbers.


Moving the bark to our path outside. Children enjoyed climbing on top of the bark mountain and filling and emptying wheelbarrows.

We visited the Jacksdale garden center to buy fruit trees for our outdoor area. We bought a damson and a cherry tree. We also looked around the Christmas displays and then stopped for hot chocolate yummy.

We read the story of 3 Little Pigs and children made houses for pigs using straw, sticks and bricks.
